PROJECT HIGHTLIGHTS
Multifamily Website Migration
This moment stands out as one of the greatest achievements of my career! While working for one of the largest multifamily asset owners, I was tasked with unifying its multifamily websites onto a single platform to improve tracking, streamline management, and enhance analytics. I joined as the Senior Manager of Website Production at a critical time—previous migration attempts had left over 150 sites on a legacy system that presented operational challenges and limited growth potential. With another 200+ sites still managed by various operators, success was essential to maintaining scalability, centralizing data, and achieving key strategic goals. I saw this as an opportunity to drive meaningful change, ensuring the project moved forward successfully.
I identified critical issues, led a high-stakes RFP, and executed a data-driven vendor selection by:
Defining requirements & conducting cost analysis
Auditing vendors & industry competitors
Assisting with the development of a clear project scope & comms plan
Developing internal workflows for web producers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
Working with legal to secure the contract
THE RESULT? A $3.5M website migration of 380+ sites, boosting conversions and achieving the company’s goal of centralized tracking and analytics.
Varsity Spirit: MVP App
When I joined Varsity Spirit as a contractor, I was aware that, despite being the largest cheer brand in the nation, they had no digital presence for their major cheer competitions and lacked a lead generation strategy. This created a gap in both user experience and potential business growth.
I was brought on to project manage the development of Varsity Spirit's first-ever mobile app for the NCA All-Star National Championship in Dallas, an event that drew approximately 58,000 attendees. With a tight deadline, we developed an MVP app that provided event schedules, venue layouts, live results, and even an interactive game—enhancing the overall event experience.
THE RESULT? The app received rave reviews, captured leads, and enhanced the event experience, paving the way for Varsity Spirit to grow its digital presence and streamline future events.
Samsung: Bespoke Design Studio
At Razorfish, an interactive agency under the Publicis Groupe umbrella, I was tasked with leading the Samsung Bespoke Design Studio project—a virtual design tool allowing users to customize their Samsung Bespoke home appliances. However, I quickly encountered a major roadblock: the internal creative workflow was disorganized. The design and copywriting teams were using different tools and scattered channels like Box, Slack, and email with no clear version control. Locating the right assets wasted time, and the lack of structure hindered collaboration.
THE RESULT? Efficiency improved, workflow became streamlined, and creative teams could focus on delivering an intuitive user experience, resulting in the successful execution of the Samsung Bespoke Studio Design project.
