Overview
As Senior Manager of Website Production, I managed and coached a team of 3–7 website producers while leading a $3.5M initiative to migrate and consolidate over 380 templated multifamily property websites onto a single, scalable platform. The project aimed to unify fragmented systems, enhance user experience, centralize analytics, and ensure the platform could support our full asset portfolio. Because pricing and availability data were integrated via API, I prioritized selecting a vendor that could support frequent data call updates, proactively monitor for issues, and provide immediate alerts and resolution when discrepancies occurred. I developed the RFP requirements, vetted and demoed headless CMS providers, and collaborated on the full project scope for C-suite presentation. I served as the liaison between the selected vendor and LivCor’s legal team, partnered with marketing and asset managers to secure buy-in, and worked closely with the Comms team to align internal and external messaging. I created and documented new workflows, implemented scalable processes, and led the team through successful execution.
What I Learned
Balancing technical requirements with the needs of cross-functional stakeholders was critical during our platform transition. I led the RFP process from start to finish, evaluating headless CMS capabilities, API reliability, and vendor accountability through hands-on testing and scoring models. Working across legal, marketing, and operations, I aligned priorities while keeping the project on track, sharpening my ability to manage complex dynamics, maintain momentum, and lead with clarity through every phase of a high-impact digital transformation
What Made It Challenging
Aligning leadership goals with budget constraints has been a key challenge. As a freelancer, I help executives navigate martech decisions—clarifying what’s possible within limits while advancing the digital vision. I offer short-term solutions, guide prioritization, and recommend paths with long-term impact. Working within Wix to support campaigns, launches, and events has required creative problem-solving, flexibility, and a focus on building a scalable foundation for growth.
IMPACT & KEY RESULTS
The migration successfully unified over 380 property websites onto one platform, increasing operational efficiency and enabling centralized analytics and content governance. API-driven pricing and availability data became more reliable, with a proactive vendor support model in place. Post-launch, the project led to a 10%+ increase in overall conversion rates, decreased support tickets, and improved stakeholder confidence across marketing, asset management, and operations.
