Building Digital Experiences That Drive Fan Growth

Hi, I’m Mandy

I build digital experiences that drive growth, engagement, and performance.

With 15+ years in web strategy, SEO, and digital marketing, I’ve led large-scale initiatives, including migrating 330+ websites and product managing live event experiences like Varsity Spirit’s NCA Championship app. My work spans brands like Resy (American Express) and LivCor (a Blackstone portfolio company), where performance and scalability are critical.

Today, I’m focused on applying that experience to women’s sports, helping teams and leagues build stronger digital ecosystems and more engaging fan experiences.

Behind the Interface

What powers my leadership, design decisions, and personal naming convention.

  • I lead with clarity, trust, and collaboration. I set expectations early, communicate frequently, and create space for others to do their best work while staying closely connected to offer support and remove roadblocks. My leadership style is rooted in servant leadership: empowering others, clearing obstacles, and giving credit where it’s due. Whether I’m leading a team or managing vendors, I approach it as a partnership, not a power dynamic.

  • I believe UX starts with empathy. I try to understand what the user wants, what they struggle with, and how we can make their experience as seamless as possible. I’m hands-on and visual, so I sketch, wireframe, or map journeys to see the flow clearly. Then I align those insights with business goals, brand voice, and data. The end result should feel intuitive, intentional, and engaging.

  • I start by taking a step back. Not everything that's urgent is important. I evaluate impact, deadlines, dependencies, and team capacity, then communicate clearly about what needs to change. I’m not afraid to ask tough questions like “What happens if this waits?” or “What are we actually trying to solve?” Prioritization involves strategic thinking and being transparent with stakeholders.

  • Success means more than just hitting deadlines. It’s about delivering a final product that’s aligned with the goals, resonates with the audience, and performs — whether that’s increased conversions, improved UX, or smoother internal workflows. It also means the team felt supported, communication was strong, and we can all look back and say, “We did that and it worked!”

  • Authenticity, communication, and growth are at the core of how I work. I value clear and kind communication, taking ownership, and lifting others up. I treat people with respect regardless of title or role. I believe in learning continuously, giving thoughtful feedback, and creating processes that help everyone succeed…not just check boxes.
